The company BAASCorp was registered privately registered under the domain name “baascorp.com”. The domain registration was registered privately in November 2019 and it claims to be the #1 blockchain as a service investment platform. An MLM company that is not upfront about who runs or owns the company should already raise flags about the legitimacy of the company.

What are the different products offered by BAASCorp?

There are no retailable products or services that are offered by BAASCorp and affiliates are able to market these affiliates memberships by themselves.

How does the BAAS compensation plan work?

The compensation plan offered by BAASCorp affiliates invests bitcoin on the promise of advertised returns.

  • Basic – invest $50 to $500 and receive 2% a day for 150 days
  • Standard – invest $1000 to $5000 and receive 3% a day for 100 days
  • Premium – invest $10,000 to $50,000 and receive 4% a day for 100 days

Although this is tracked in USD, the actual investment is made in bitcoin and returns are paid from Monday through Friday.

How does the referral commission plan work?

BAASCorp pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure. A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them. If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team. If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretically infinite number of levels.

BAASCorp caps payable unilevel team levels at seven. Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested across these seven levels as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 10% for ten affiliates recruited, 15% for 11+ affiliates.
  • level 2 – 7%
  • level 3 – 5%
  • level 4 – 4%
  • level 5 – 3%
  • level 6 – 2%
  • level 7 – 1%

What is the squad income?

The squad income is a monthly bonus based on affiliate recruitment across six unilevel team levels. The six unilevel teams are:

  • generate a downline of 100 affiliates and receive $100 a month
  • generate a downline of 200 affiliates and receive $250 a month
  • generate a downline of 300 affiliates and receive $500 a month
  • generate a downline of 500 affiliates and receive $1000 a month
  • generate a downline of 1000 affiliates and receive $3000 a month
  • generate a downline of 1500 affiliates and receive $5000 a month
  • generate a downline of 2500 affiliates and receive $10,000 a month

The required downline is counted only for six unilevel team levels.

How does one join BAAS Corp?

The BAASCorp affiliate membership is technically free but fully participating in the attached income opportunity requires an investment of $50. All the deposits and withdrawals are primarily made in Bitcoin.

Final Thoughts:

BAASCorp represents ROI revenue with the help of blockchain applications,  and this does not necessarily make a lot of sense. BAASCorp uses blockchain jargon to mask the fact it’s running a Ponzi scheme. Furthermore, It has a passive investment opportunity which involves a securities offering as well.

Even if we believe that BAASCorp’s representations are based out of Japan, the company provides no indication that it has registered itself with the Financial Services Agency. Even more evident is the fact that it is not registered with the SEC in the US, which is  the company’s largest pool of investors

In conclusion, new BAASCorp affiliates are recruited by investing their money to fund withdrawal requests from existing affiliates. As requests exceed investments, BAASCorp will also ultimately run into a deficit. So, if you are planning on investing we would advise you to do so with complete focus and avoid any negligence on your behalf.
